Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is an exchange program for entrepreneurs; it aims at helping new entrepreneurs to acquire relevant skills for managing a small or medium-sized enterprise by spending time in an enterprise in another EU country. It contributes to improving their know-how and fosters cross-border transfers of knowledge and experience between entrepreneurs.

Brief Description

“Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs” program is now available for the Armenian young entrepreneurs due to Armenia’s accession to the COSME program since 2016.

The SME DNC of Armenia has been selected by the European Commission as a contact point to guide entrepreneurs throughout exchange program: providing help with the application and with the establishment of a successful relationship with a suitable entrepreneur.

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs helps provide aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills necessary to start and/or successfully run a small business. New entrepreneurs gather and exchange knowledge and business ideas with an experienced entrepreneur, with whom they stay and collaborate for a period of 1 to 6 months. The stay is partly financed by the European Commission.
